I offer individual therapy for adult women (18+) across Utah.
I don’t currently offer couples therapy, crisis services, or sliding-scale spots. My practice is best suited for clients who are feeling overwhelmed but able to participate safely in weekly outpatient therapy sessions.
If you are currently in crisis or experiencing suicidal thoughts, please call or text 988, or visit utahcrisisline.org for immediate support.

I work with adult women across Utah through secure online therapy. Because sessions take place via telehealth, you can attend from anywhere in the state as long as you have a private space and reliable internet connection.
My practice focuses on women navigating burnout, anxiety, people-pleasing, and the mental load that comes with being “the one who holds it all together.”

All sessions take place through secure telehealth. You’ll receive a private video link before each appointment and can join from your phone, tablet, or computer.
Many clients find online therapy easier to maintain consistently because it removes travel time and allows you to attend from a comfortable, private space.

I currently offer online therapy only for clients located in Utah.
Telehealth allows me to work with women across the state while keeping sessions consistent and accessible.
-
Sessions are $185 per 53-minute appointment.
I am a private-pay provider, which means I do not bill insurance. A card is kept securely on file and charged automatically prior to each scheduled session.
Working outside of insurance allows therapy to remain confidential, flexible, and focused on your goals rather than insurance requirements.
Therapy typically begins with weekly sessions, allowing space to build momentum and understanding over time.
Session times are available Tuesday through Thursday between 10am and 2pm (Mountain Time). Evening and weekend appointments are not available.

Before scheduling, you’ll complete a short contact form confirming that you understand the fee, format, and availability of the practice. You’ll also share a sentence or two about what’s bringing you in.
I’ll review your form and respond within 1-2 business days with next steps. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule your first session.
The first appointment focuses on getting a sense of what has been weighing on you and what you hope might feel different in your life. You don’t need to prepare anything ahead of time.
-
Therapy length varies depending on your goals and what you’re working through. Many clients begin noticing meaningful shifts within the first few months, while deeper work naturally unfolds over a longer period of time.
Rather than focusing on quick fixes, our work is centered on building lasting clarity, self-trust, and sustainable change.
