Online Therapy for Women in Utah

Secure telehealth therapy for women across Utah navigating burnout, anxiety, people-pleasing, and identity concerns.

You don’t have to be near Draper to get support.

Although my practice is based in Draper, Utah, I work with women across the state through secure online therapy. Telehealth makes it possible to meet consistently without commuting across the valley or rearranging your entire day around an appointment.

Many of the women I work with are balancing demanding careers, relationships, family responsibilities, and the constant mental load of holding everything together. On the outside they’re capable and dependable. Internally they’re feeling stretched thin, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how long they can keep up the pace.

Therapy offers a protected space to slow down, understand what has been weighing on you, and begin relating to yourself and your life differently.

I work with women across Utah who are navigating burnout, anxiety, people-pleasing, and questions of identity or self-worth.

Therapy that fits into real life

You can meet from home, a quiet office, or wherever you have privacy.

Distance doesn’t have to be a barrier to getting the support you need.

How online therapy works

Consistent support, wherever you are in Utah

All sessions take place through secure video telehealth. As long as you are physically located in Utah during your appointment, we can meet from wherever you have privacy and a reliable internet connection.

Many clients attend sessions from a home office, a parked car, or another quiet space where they can speak freely. Online therapy allows for consistency and flexibility while still offering the same depth of conversation and reflection as in-person work.

Sessions are 53 minutes and typically occur weekly at first so we can build momentum and understanding over time.

Common reasons women across Utah reach out

  • High-functioning anxiety — When you’re capable on the outside but constantly carrying pressure, overthinking, and self-criticism.

  • Burnout — When the responsibilities you’ve been holding for so long begin to feel unsustainable.

  • People-pleasing & boundaries — When keeping the peace has slowly pushed your own needs, limits, and voice into the background.

  • Identity & self-worth — When you feel disconnected from yourself or unsure what you actually want from your life.
